* All One-On-One Personal Training sessions require a consultation PRIOR to booking sessions. Consultations are FREE & required in order to modify a program to your individual needs. A PAR-Q and health history form must be completed prior to the consultation and will be sent to you via email once consultation is booked. Please email for consultation availability.
Personal Training packages are to be paid in full before sessions begin unless otherwise worked out between trainer and client.
**All multi/monthly boot camp sessions/BODYSHRED packages must be paid in full at beginning of the first session unless otherwise worked out between the trainer and client.

CANCELLATION POLICY
*We kindly request that you provide 24 hours notice to avoid a 100% cancellation fee for any session.
**If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of ANY session start time the trainer will deem the session as canceled and you will be charged in full for the session, no refunds.
As we understand that circumstances can cause you to cancel or reschedule a session - please let us know of changes asap.
