It's no secret that when things in life are happening all at once, that it is easy to over bombard ourselves with tasks, to-do lists and appointments. It's also easy to do this if we are running a full house while being a productive business woman. The thing is, at the end of the day it is your optimal health, wellbeing and happiness that is paying the price. You know deep down you are a strong, confident, badass that gets things done, but you are forgetting to take care of the most important thing in this equation - YOU. And that begins with your mental and physical health.

Putting yourself first is not selfish, it's selfless. Because you cannot fully show up in other areas of your life until you are showing up for yourself first. That is why we are shifting to offer personalized coaching WHERE YOU ARE AT NOW, to help you get to where you want to be. 


Our services are tiered by level of goal and commitment. *Please review below. After an application is submitted, we will contact you to book a consultation call in order to see if we would be a good fit, answer any questions you may have and get any additional information that we need. Depending on the package chosen, we will need to discuss further your current lifestyle habits, nutrition and movement routines as well as what equipment you have available to you in order for us to create a custom program. Everything is custom made to YOU. If things change along the way, as life usually does, we will reassess and redesign as needed. Once that is complete, we will discuss a start date and you will be invited to our app in order to get you on your path to optimal health, happiness and feeling that fuck ya feel good feeling from within. Everything is trackable and shared between us within our app. From there, I am: ensuring that you are consistent, being supported and available via chat (Mon-Fri 9-5pm EST).
