Our services are tiered by level of goal and commitment. After an application is submitted, we will contact you to book a consultation call in order to see if we would be a good fit, answer any questions you may have and get any additional information that we need. Depending on the package chosen, we will need to discuss further your current lifestyle habits, nutrition and movement routines as well as what equipment you have available to you in order for us to create a custom program. Everything is custom made to YOU. If things change along the way, as life usually does, we will reassess and redesign as needed. Once that is complete and you've set-up the required app, we will discuss a start date in order to get you on your path to optimal health, happiness and
